Wester WAO 50L horizontal hydraulic accumulator for water supply

The Wester WAO hydraulic accumulator is designed to maintain operating pressure, protect against water hammer and reduce the number of on-off pumps in the water supply system (including drinking water) and to compensate for the thermal expansion of water in the hot water supply system.
 
The tank body is made of high quality carbon steel with a blue (RAL 5015) epoxy-polyester outer coating and is designed for many years of use. The replaceable membrane is made of EPDM. The membrane divides the tank into two chambers: air (the cavity between the metal case and the membrane) and water (the inner cavity of the membrane itself). Water is inside the membrane and does not come into contact with the metal walls of the tank. Nipple material - brass. The counterflange is made of zinc plated carbon steel.
 
The tank has a horizontal design, is designed for floor mounting on supports and is equipped with a platform for mounting pumping equipment. The connection to the system has a size of 1" with an external thread. It is permissible to use water with a temperature of +1°C to +100°C as the working medium. The operating pressure must not exceed 10 bar. The pre-pressure of the air cavity is 1.5 bar.
